Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements a program of instruction that adheres to district goals and objectives.
• Makes purposeful lesson plans with effective teaching strategies and time on task.
• Creates a learning environment conducive to student growth and attendance reporting.
• Plans substitutes and assigns paraprofessionals, tutors, and volunteers as needed.
• Recognizes learning problems and makes referrals as appropriate.
• Uses strong subject matter knowledge and clear oral and written expression.
