Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) has an immediate opportunity to join our Janitorial Services Team as a Porter in Richmond, VA. The Porter provides cleaning services in high-volume, heavy-traffic sites and interacts with customers daily, prioritizing work based on daily needs.

This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour and a 7am-3:30pm shift. You will maintain customer relations, apply cleaning knowledge, and assist with problems as they arise, with

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to lead and provide solutions to various problems.
• Requires physical stamina to work long shifts.
• Familiarity with KBSPresence timekeeping app.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services in high-volume, high-traffic sites and interact with customers daily.
• Maintain excellent customer relations while fulfilling daily janitorial duties and requests.
• Demonstrate broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes.
• Deliver high-quality cleaning and customer service.
• Lead and provide solutions to various on-site issues.
• Perform additional duties as directed by manager.
