Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitration.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carrier.
• Develop litigation strategies and work closely with senior attorneys and partner.
