Job summary

You will conduct advanced assessments, interpret diagnostics, and develop individualized treatment plans while collaborating with nephrologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• NP or PA role in inpatient transplant nephrology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive post-kidney and post-pancreas transplant care during early and remote post-op phases.
• Provide consultative service to other solid organ transplant teams.
• Conduct advanced health assessments, interpret tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe therapies per regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with transplant nephrologists, surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.
