Job summary

Anheuser-Busch in Jacksonville, FL is hiring Maintenance Technicians to join our high-speed brewing operations. You’ll work with production teams to keep equipment reliable and safe, driving continuous improvement through individual projects and SOP adherence.

You’ll troubleshoot PLCs, mechanical systems, and instrumentation, use SAP for parts and maintenance records, and participate in 5S and safety programs while supporting shift coverage and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years industrial mechanical/electrical experience or a two-year technical degree preferred.
• Knowledge of process controls, instrumentation, and calibration.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience. (ControlLogix, PLC5, Siemens PCS7 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and provide maintenance support in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Maintain machinery, meeting maintenance requirements for 480-volt, 3 phase systems, minimizing downtime.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment, disassembling/reassembling machinery, overhaul gearboxes, and replace bearings.
• Troubleshoot & maintain PLCs and variable-speed drive controlled equipment.
• Perform mechanical work such as bearing/chain replacements, motor/gearbox replacements, valves and pumps maintenance.
• Interpret schematics and equipment manuals; adhere to SOPs and 5S safety.
