Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sports, or facility management, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, facility or event management, sports administration or a related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of sportsplex operations best practices.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess current CPR/FIRST AID certifications or must be willing to obtain them within a specified period.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of sports leagues, clinics, camps, tournaments, and fitness programs.
• Develop innovative programming and manage staff and budgets.
• Ensure high-quality participant experiences and foster community engagement.
• Coordinate facility scheduling with Operations Director to optimize space use.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate program staff, instructors, and volunteers.
• Track program performance and seek opportunities for revenue growth or cost savings.
• Represent Horizons Edge at community events and promotional activities.
