Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards from manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including work lists and shipments.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell according to the knowledge manual.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and communicate merchandising needs and pricing concerns to management.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Protect company assets and report potential fraud risk.
