Job summary

Oakstone Kitchen & Bath is seeking an energetic Event Promoter to represent our company at local events, home shows, retail locations, and community gatherings throughout Nashville and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will engage with homeowners, promote our remodeling services, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with the public.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work weekends and event hours.
• Previous promotional, customer service, retail, or lead generation experience preferred.
• Experience setting home improvement appointments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Oakstone Kitchen & Bath at events, trade shows, retail locations, and promotional venues.
• Engage with homeowners and educate them about our products and remodeling services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultation appointments.
• Maintain a professional and positive company image.
• Meet and exceed lead generation goals.
• Accurately collect customer information and enter leads into the system.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful appointment setting.
