Job summary

Oakstone Kitchen & Bath is seeking enthusiastic Event Promoters to represent our company at home shows, community events, and retail locations throughout the Toms River, NJ area. Pay is $18–$20 per hour, plus commission on sold appointments.

Join our team and help connect attendees with our products and services, schedule in-home consultations, and generate quality leads for the sales team. Weekend availability and a friendly, energetic demeanor are valued.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing, customer-focused attitude.
Experience setting home improvement appointments is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to events.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Availability to work weekends and event schedules.

Responsibilities

Attract visitors and engage attendees at trade shows, community events, and retail locations.
Promote Oakstone Kitchen & Bath products and provide basic product information.
Schedule qualified in-home consultation appointments.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at each event.
Submit daily leads and appointment information to the Event Coordinator.
