Job summary

Chiefs Fit is seeking a part-time Group Fitness HIIT Instructor to lead engaging, safe workouts for diverse clients in our Group Fitness department. You will adapt classes to different fitness levels and welcome members as they enter and leave the room.

Reporting to the General Manager and Group Fitness Coordinator, you will maintain your certifications, schedule classes, and help uphold Chiefs Fit brand standards through positive communication and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fun, safe and effective group class based on the class description, offering modifications for different fitness levels.
• Represent the club in a positive manner, greeting clients as they enter and leave class.
• Prepare and lead a class for all levels of participation based on class description.
• Maintain an electronic record of classes taught or subbed, including attendance numbers.
• Notify your Group Fitness Director of substitutes as early as possible.
