• Prepare personalized assignments, homework and projects per district policy and standards.
• Grade assignments with constructive feedback and help students set learning goals.
• Monitor and report student progress, maintain records as needed.
• Meet personal and professional goals aligned with district vision and evaluation tools.
• Attend professional development sessions and district meetings.
• Follow contract and HR protocols; accept additional responsibilities as requested.
