Responsibilities

• Teach district approved curriculum.
• Develop lessons and instructional material to adapt to the curriculum needs of each pupil.
• Evaluate pupil's academic and social growth; keep records and prepare progress reports.
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to students' maturity and interests.
• Encourage students to set and maintain standards of classroom behavior.
• Supervise classroom and students.
