Paul’s Ace Hardware, a locally owned hardware retailer serving the Scottsdale area since 1956, is seeking friendly team members to welcome and assist customers. No prior hardware experience required—we provide extensive training to help you succeed and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn and grow with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
• Help customers find products and complete their projects in one trip.
• Stand for the majority of shifts and assist with merchandise handling up to 50 pounds.
