Job summary

Guitar Center in Mishawaka, IN seeks a dedicated Music Teacher to deliver lessons through the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum, help grow student counts, and foster a culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.

You will partner with the Lessons Lead, teach drums, guitar, piano, or other instruments, assist customer service to build long-term relationships, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
• Ability to teach the instrument they are proficient in such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
• Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area they will be teaching.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based off the needs of the community.
• Teach students utilizing the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
• Assist with Customer service as needed, helping to build and maintain long term students by creating a great experience.
• Additional duties as assigned.
