Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification or must be completed within 60 days of hire.
• Certification from accredited agency for Group Exercise Instruction required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe exercise environment and proper execution of activities.
• Deliver engaging group exercise classes while considering varying client abilities.
• Provide excellent customer service to promote a friendly atmosphere and member engagement.
• Maintain consistent programming and dependability to support member satisfaction and retention.
