Job summary

UFC GYM in Florida seeks an energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe, and results-driven classes for members of all levels. Plan, choreograph, cue, and demonstrate movements with attention to form and modifications.

You will manage class flow, equipment, and time, welcome new participants, promote programs, and contribute to a positive, inclusive gym atmosphere. Certifications preferred and opportunities for advancement available.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of exercise science principles and safe training techniques.
• General understanding of anatomy and kinesiology.
• Experience with group fitness instruction, including music timing and cueing.
• High energy level and physical stamina.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured group fitness classes.
• Select appropriate music and choreograph safe, well-paced routines.
• Demonstrate exercises with clear cueing and smooth transitions.
• Educate participants on form, modifications, and contraindications.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and enforce studio guidelines.
• Arrive prepared and manage start/end times for classes.
• Promote gym programs and communicate feedback to the Program Manager.
