Plus One, part of the Optum Workplace Well-being portfolio, is seeking an energetic Group Fitness Instructor to teach a variety of formats at our Bellevue, WA fitness center. You will develop engaging class formats with motivating playlists and focus on client results while accommodating all fitness levels.

Qualifications include a current nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification with CPR/AED, experience in fitness/wellness, professional communication, and strong public speaking skills.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification or specialty class certificate and CPR/AED certification.
• Experience in Group Fitness, personal training, corporate health promotion, or wellness.
• Professional communication to relay information to clients/guests.
• Ability to engage participants as a public speaker.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging class formats with motivating playlists.
• Drive class attendance and tailor movements for all fitness levels.
• Provide coverage at multiple locations as needed.
