Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Leander, TX is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to deliver high-energy classes and empower members on their fitness journey. This part-time, hourly position supports our community-focused culture and offers opportunities to grow with a fast-expanding franchise.

You will lead varied group classes, build member relationships, track attendance, and participate in trainings to uphold our standards. CPR/AED and national certification required.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels is required.
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification is required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to provide a high energy class environment.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver motivational instruction during the member Group Fitness experience.
• Help members achieve their goals on their fitness journey.
• Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes.
• Accurately track class attendance numbers.
• Participate in weekly emails, monthly ZOOMs.
• Attend the quarterly staff meeting for onsite training and new quarter class rollout.
• Be involved with the instructor portal and social media for updates and brand promotions.
