Job summary

Cornerstone Clubs in Doylestown, PA seeks a Part Time Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging classes that welcome participants of all levels. You will design, teach, and refine sessions, bring your own music, and ensure safe technique while helping members achieve lifelong health.

Qualifications

• Current Primary Group Exercise or Specialty Certification.
• Current CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• 1–2 years of group fitness instruction experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional, positive and reliable attitude.
• Ability to teach mornings, evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Teach group exercise classes at Doylestown and/or New Hope locations.
• Design and lead classes within Cornerstone Clubs' guidelines.
• Provide your own music from approved sources.
• Deliver clear verbal and visual instruction with proper technique.
• Modify exercises for varying fitness levels and needs.
• Monitor safety and coach proper form.
• Create an energetic, inclusive, motivating class atmosphere.
• Welcome participants, build relationships, and provide customer service.
• Assist new participants with equipment setup and proper use.
• Arrive 15–20 minutes before class for setup and livestream setup.
• Disinfect and sanitize equipment after class using provided wipes.
• Maintain professionalism and represent Cornerstone Clubs positively.
