Job summary

CENTERS, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic fitness instructor to lead group classes at the Recreation Center. You will deliver engaging workouts, maintain safety, and uphold all class policies while supporting participants of all fitness levels.

Ideal candidates hold CPR/AED and First Aid certifications and possess relevant group exercise credentials (ACE/AFAA/ACSM or similar). Evening and weekend availability is common for this role.

Qualifications

• Requires CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
• Certifications from ACE, AFAA, or ACSM preferred; specialty certs for yoga, cycling, Pilates, etc. beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory abilities, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Instruct a safe, engaging group fitness class at the Recreation Center.
• Provide high-quality customer service to all participants.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor via phone, email, or in person.
• Enforce program and building policies; assist during emergencies.
• Attend department meetings and perform other duties as required.
