Job summary

Onelife Fitness is looking for a Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy group classes and inspire members in Dunwoody, GA. You will partner with the Group Fitness Director to deliver engaging workouts, motivate members, and promote programs across the club.

The role requires current group fitness certification and CPR/AED; prior teaching experience is preferred. Expect early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification.
• CPR/AED certification (current).
• Specialty cert if your format requires it.
• Prior group teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, energetic group classes that exceed member expectations.
• Create an inclusive class vibe and coach members toward goals.
• Greet members before class, high-five after, and build relationships.
• Promote club programs and upcoming events.
• Track attendance and class stats in MotionVibe; follow payroll procedures.
• Keep studios clean; report maintenance or safety issues.
• Stay current with certifications and trainings.
• Support the schedule and cover as needed.
• Be flexible—early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
