Job summary

Exos is seeking a Group Exercise instructor in Mountain View, CA to lead engaging classes and motivate participants. The role requires delivering fresh routines, maintaining professionalism, and coordinating as a flexible studio leader.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience, holds a national group exercise certification, and CPR/AED (First Aid desired). Compensation is per unit, with full-time benefits offered for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed to teach those formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification; First Aid certification strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver new, fresh group exercise routines.
• Be punctual, professional and motivate participants.
• Collaborate as a flexible leader in and out of the studio.
