Qualifications

• Certification from a nationally accredited organization (ACE/ACSM/AFAA/NASM) is required.

• Current CPR and Standard First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and effective exercise environment for all participants.
• Arrive early to class and prepare the workout space.
• Greet participants and build rapport.
• Offer modifications for all fitness levels.
• Teach classes with enthusiasm and clarity.
• Monitor safety, form, and participation.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and safety protocols.
• Begin and end classes on time and maintain space cleanliness.
• Report equipment or facility issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
