Camarillo Fitness Management Holdings LLC is seeking high-energy Fitness Coaches to join the Orangetheory team in Savannah, Georgia. As a Coach, you will lead dynamic group workouts of up to 36 members using a proprietary training method. This role demands excellent coaching skills to motivate participants across various fitness levels.

The ideal candidate will have a nationally accredited fitness certification, CPR/AED certification, and experience in personal training. The position offers opportunities to represent Orangetheory at events and requires lifting and demonstrating exercises throughout classes.

Qualifications

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification is required.
• 1+ years of experience in personal training/group fitness instruction is preferred.
• Must be capable of demonstrating exercises and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead group workouts for up to 36 participants.
• Ensure the safety of all participants with exercise corrections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Motivate members and build class attendance.
• Represent Orangetheory at marketing events.
• Stay current with programming and attend team meetings.
