Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a passionate coach to deliver scientifically designed workouts that inspire and motivate members to achieve results. You will lead energetic group sessions, ensure safety, and create a welcoming atmosphere that supports retention and goal attainment.

Successful coaches engage with the community, manage time effectively across back-to-back classes, and report to the Head Coach or Studio Sales & Fitness Manager.

Formación

• High energy, self-motivated, and committed to excellence.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum one year of group fitness coaching or personal training experience.
• Current nationally recognized fitness certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA CPT, AFAA GFI, or equivalent) required
• Current CPR/AED Certification required

Responsabilidades

• Coach 8-12 classes per week
• Deliver an exciting, high-energy workout experience for up to 24+ members per class
• Build relationships that drive member engagement, attendance, and retention
• Actively participate in staff meetings, studio events, and fitness workshops
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional studio environment through pre- and post-class cleaning protocols
• Support Member Advisors with studio tours, introductions, and new member onboarding
• Review workout templates prior to class to ensure a seamless member experience
• Provide clear exercise instruction, movement demonstrations, and equipment safety guidance
