Qualifications

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification is required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
• 1+ years of experience in personal training or group fitness preferred.
• Knowledge of physiology and movement.
• Ability to coach across fitness levels in real time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead group workouts for up to 36 participants.
• Provide corrections and modifications for safety during sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio floor.
• Help grow class attendance and member retention through motivation.
• Represent Orangetheory at events and team initiatives.
• Stay updated with programming and attend monthly meetings.
