AlphaGraphics Middleton is seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our family-owned team. You will contribute to print and electronic media, shaping images, designs, and layouts from client ideas.

You’ll act as a liaison between sales/customer service and production, ensuring client vision is met, from initial concept to final updates. We offer a competitive benefits package including health, vision, dental, 401(k) with matching, and paid time off accrued from date of hire.

Qualifications

• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to coordinate multiple schedules.
• Working knowledge of Mac and Windows.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of basic sales and marketing processes.
• Ability to interact with clients and vendors and build relationships.
• Team-oriented and collaborative work style.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced office environment.
• Professional written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Produce quality design work for print and digital media.
• Receive customer files, perform pre-flight checks and manage rip production equipment.
• Collaborate with Graphic Design Team, Production Manager, and Sales on projects from concept to production.
• Support sales efforts by effectively conveying customer messages.
• Stay current with changes in graphic design software and trends.
• Interpret customer requests and translate into effective designs.
• Communicate actively with customers throughout projects.
• Provide backup support for other Design Team members.
• Maintain organized customer files and records.
