Job summary

PeopleReady is looking for General Laborers to join our dynamic team across multiple sectors, including hospitality, production, warehouse work, auto auction driving, waste removal, and flagging. As a General Laborer, you’ll work in a variety of settings and environments and gain new skills across multiple industries.

The pay rate is $14 - $16 per hour, with next-day pay available for many positions and options for long-term or short-term assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labor across sectors listed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift/move heavy objects.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Some roles may require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Hospitality: assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintenance; front/back of house and housekeeping.
• Production: support manufacturing, operate machinery, and perform quality checks.
• Warehouse: load/unload, manage inventory, keep workspace organized.
• Auto Auction Driver: safely drive and park vehicles for auctions.
• Waste Removal: participate in waste collection and recycling.
• Flagging: direct traffic around sites to ensure safety.
