Responsibilities

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where service excellence is paramount.
• Greets and serves guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Operates POS system and handles cash and payments accurately.
• Records all Food & Beverage revenues and related receipts.
• Prepares settlement paperwork in a consistent and organized manner.
• Monitors alcohol consumption in compliance with policy and law.
