Responsibilities

• Create a fun, entertaining environment and ensure service excellence.
• Greet and serve guests promptly.
• Operate POS system and handle cash transactions.
• Record beverage revenues and settlements accurately.
• Prepare all settlement paperwork consistently.
• Monitor alcohol consumption per policy and Maryland law.
• Maintain inventory and keep area clean.
• Relays guest compliments and complaints to management.
