YogaSix Redondo Beach is seeking a energetic Front Desk Sales Associate (Wellness Advisor) to be the face of our fitness community. You will drive membership growth, deliver outstanding member experiences, and support daily studio operations.

As the first point of contact, you greet guests, present gym packages, process payments, and guide members in class choices. This part‑time role offers commission on sales and flexible perks.

Qualifications

• Energetic and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to drive membership sales and meet targets.
• Comfort handling payments and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process from lead to close.
• Meet and exceed sales goals as directed by management.
• Conduct studio tours for prospects to build rapport and close sales.
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs, and pricing.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area.
• Support daily gym operations and relay member feedback to management.
