Job summary

Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking a Food Runner to efficiently deliver orders from the kitchen to guests and support the service team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. A successful candidate communicates well, can lift up to 25 lbs, and maintains a positive, guest-focused demeanor.

The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay with tips, benefits, and opportunities to grow within Hyatt.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight (approx. 25lbs).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Rate $15.15 per hour + tips.
• Deliver orders quickly and accurately from the kitchen to Guests at the restaurant.
• Assist Waiters and Waitresses in maintaining a clean dining environment throughout service.
