Job summary

Primary Staffing Inc. is hiring a Food Production Associate for a fast-paced facility on the Far East Side near Northeastwood, Indiana. You will help ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across production and inventory operations.

Responsibilities include mixing, packaging, quality control, maintaining tidy workspaces, organizing warehouse inventory, and coordinating movement of products inside the plant. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work first or second shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or industrial kitchens is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation may be required to reach the facility.
• Spanish language skills are a plus; bilingual candidates are preferred.
• Strong work ethic with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks across production areas including mixing, packaging, and quality control.
• Keep workspace tidy and organized after production using proper cleaning tools.
• Maintain organized and rotated warehouse inventory.
• Transport products and materials within the plant as needed.
• Adapt to different roles to meet production demands and standards.
• Follow safety protocols and pass quality checks for food production.
