Job summary

Spirit Mountain Casino in Grand Ronde, OR is seeking a team member to deliver food to tables and support the food and beverage area. The role emphasizes sanitation, quality, and guest service in a fast-paced casino dining environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 months of food/beverage experience, Oregon Food Handler certificate, and possibly OLCC Server Permit; must be 18+. A Grand Ronde gaming license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 3 months food/beverage experience, or equivalent.
• Low-security gaming license issued by Grand Ronde Gaming Commission.
• State of Oregon Food Handler’s Certificate.
• OLCC Server’s Permit may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Health vaccinations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers food to tables and bar areas.
• Monitors the quality and presentation of the product from the kitchen.
• Replenishes garnish items and notifies Sous Chef when items are low.
• Carries dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
• Replenishes/restocks napkins, silverware, dishes, and to-go containers; maintains condiment area.
• Maintains sanitation of serving trays, counters, floors, walls, and beverage service units.
• Assists waitstaff/bartenders as needed, including filling cups and seating guests.
• May make coffee, stock beverages, and clean other areas.
• Keeps floor area around the food line clean.
• Removes dirty plates and wipes tabletops and chairs with sanitized cloth.
• Other duties as assigned.
