Qualifications

• Previous experience with young children in childcare, preschool, or similar setting preferred.
• Willingness to learn state licensing and compliance requirements and pass background checks.
• Effective communication and teamwork with children, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for all children.
• Support daily activities and curriculum implementation alongside the lead teacher.
• Provide active supervision, ensuring safety and required staff-child ratios.
• Support children's development through positive guidance, interaction, and play.
• Assist with routines, organization, and family communication; support school operations.
