Brentwood Country Club in Los Angeles is seeking a dynamic Fitness Trainer. The successful candidate will create tailored fitness and wellness plans for clients and contribute to a high-quality fitness program within a premium club.

Applicants should have experience as a trainer, be able to lead private and group sessions, communicate clearly, and maintain safety and cleanliness in the fitness center. CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required, and a team-player attitude is essential for

Formación

• Experience as a Fitness Trainer or similar role.
• Ability to adjust plans according to each client’s needs.
• Must be a team player who enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be punctual.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

Responsabilidades

• Run a safe training session.
• Balance feedback and exercises during private and group sessions.
• Greet users of the fitness center and manage inquiries.
• Identify client’s fitness level and assign activities.
• Oversee completion of exercises and track progress.
• Modify exercise plans based on needs or injuries.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment; enforce hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness of the fitness center area and equipment.
• Assist with continued development of services.
• Other duties assigned by the Director of Fitness.
• Other duties within the Recreation Department as assigned.
