Orangetheory Fitness Gainesville is seeking energetic Sales Associates/Membership Advisors to welcome members and guests and guide them through memberships while delivering an exceptional studio experience.

You’ll engage with leads, conduct tours, and support events, with uncapped monthly commissions and growth opportunities within the company. If you love helping others live healthier lives, this role offers a fast-paced, friendly team environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with current and prospective members.
• Conduct studio tours and explain workouts and membership options.
• Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and emails.
• Assist with membership sales and retail purchases.
• Provide outstanding service before, during, and after classes.
• Support events, promotions, and community outreach.
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins.
