Orangetheory Fitness Gainesville is seeking an energetic Coach to lead high-energy, science-backed classes and motivate members to reach their goals. You will build relationships, provide guidance, and contribute to a positive studio culture.

You will coach cardio and strength workouts, adapt sessions for all fitness levels, and help create an exceptional member experience inside and outside the studio.

Qualifikationen

• Certified trainer certification required or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Experience in group or personal coaching is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead engaging Orangetheory Fitness classes following the provided workout template.
• Coach members through cardio, strength, and endurance with modifications when needed.
• Create an energetic, welcoming, and inclusive class environment.
• Build genuine relationships with members and learn their goals.
• Motivate members and provide individual attention throughout class.
• Monitor member form, safety, and heart-rate performance.
• Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout every class.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support studio events and initiatives.
• Help create an exceptional member experience both inside and outside the studio.
