Job summary

Crunch Fitness is hiring for a group fitness instructor in Westminster, MD. You will lead safe and engaging exercise classes for members of all levels, while maintaining current certifications and following club policies.

Strong customer service, clear communication, and a professional demeanor are essential to support member needs and uphold Crunch standards. You will follow sign-in procedures, manage member requests, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• CPR certification must be valid.
• Aerobic certifications (AFAA/ACE/NASM) preferred.
• Yoga or Pilates certification also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
