Job summary

SPENGA is seeking energetic instructors to lead spin, strength, and yoga workouts at our Fort Worth studios. You will complete the SPENGA Certification and deliver high-energy, inclusive classes that motivate members.

Ideal candidates have current personal or group fitness certification, excellent customer service, and the ability to coach a room of 20+ participants while adapting to different fitness levels. Training, membership perks, and a positive team environment await.

Qualifications

• Current personal or group fitness certification required.
• Spin and yoga certifications are a plus.
• Ability to engage and coach a large group safely.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Willingness to learn SPENGA's philosophy and training.

Responsibilities

• Complete SPENGA Certification in spin, strength, and yoga.
• Teach classes with spin, strength, and yoga components.
• Create and lead workouts per the SPENGA model.
• Engage groups of 20+ participants and adapt to fitness levels.
• Promote, sell, and embody SPENGA culture in-studio.
