Job summary

Washoe County School District seeks an Elementary-Middle-HIgh School Classroom Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction at Desert Heights Elementary School. The role involves implementing district policy, designing lessons, and assessing student learning across core subjects.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, engaging with families, and participating in professional learning communities. A Nevada teaching license is required, with readiness to collaborate in a diverse school

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with student teaching experience.
• Experience: Three (3) years of verified contracted teaching experience with a Bachelor's Degree and the ability to obtain a valid teaching license in Nevada.
