Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Florida (required).
• Minimum 1 year of Medicare home health experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Recertification, and Discharge visits.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled nursing services including medication management and wound care.
