Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages North America is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in large volume grocery stores. Role involves moving cases (20-45 lbs), operating equipment like pallet jacks, and maintaining backroom organization.

Travel across assigned stores is expected with regular schedule and on-site work. The position emphasizes reliable attendance, customer service at store level, and adherence to Pepsi procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have valid US driver''s license and proof of insurance.
• Access to personal transportation for multi-store locations within shift.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays.
• Rotate products backroom and on shelves.
• Transport products between backroom and shelf location.
• Use equipment to move products (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Display promotional materials and signage.
• Maintain neat back room stock.
• Communicate issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build relationships with store personnel.
• Operate with minimal supervision and follow route procedures.
