Job summary

Premier Health and Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine invite applications for Family Medicine Faculty in the residency program. The role combines outpatient teaching, supervision of residents, curriculum development, scholarly activity, and clinical care within a leading academic health system in Southwest Ohio.

The faculty member participates in medical education for students and residents and may have opportunities for a faculty appointment with Wright State University.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with active board certification.
• Must have or be eligible for Ohio medical license.
• Completed ACGME residency with current ABMS board certification.
• Academic medicine/GME experience with students or residents.
• Preferred: obstetrics training in family medicine (OB, vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections).

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinical work with resident/student precepting and teaching.
• Participate in teaching, supervision, curriculum development, scholarly activity, and program evaluation.
• Collaborate with Wright State University and Premier Health to advance medical education.
• Contribute to patient care and clinical innovation within the residency program.
