Job summary

Insight Global's client, a leading regional law firm specializing in family law, seeks an Associate Family Law Attorney to join on a permanent basis and handle cases involving divorce, custody, adoption, estate planning, and related matters. You will litigate, draft legal documents, manage multiple cases, and advise clients with professionalism.

1–3 years of litigation experience and an active state bar are required; family law experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active state bar licensed.
• 1–3 years litigation experience, including in-court work.
• Experience drafting wills, deeds, leases, contracts, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Family law experience is strongly preferred (divorce, custody, PFA).

Responsibilities

• Handle family law matters including divorce, custody, adoption, and estate planning.
• Draft and file legal documents and pleadings.
• Represent clients in court and at hearings as needed.
• Manage deadlines and caseload with professionalism and attention to detail.
