Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• D.O.T certification can be sponsored by U-Haul.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and build new buildings.
• Perform general maintenance, installation, and repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections at various sites.
• Utilize various hand/power tools effectively.
• Collaborate with other technicians on complex projects.
• Complete work requests in a timely manner.
• Manage company truck and gas card.
