A national moving solutions provider is looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician in High Point, NC. This role involves inspecting, maintaining, and building facilities while using technical skills collaboratively with other technicians. Candidates should have experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping, along with a valid driver’s license. Competenze

• Experience in electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• D.O.T certification can be sponsored by U-Haul.

Mansioni

• Inspect, maintain and build new buildings.
• Perform general maintenance, installation, and repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections at various sites.
• Utilize various hand/power tools effectively.
• Collaborate with other technicians on complex projects.
• Complete work requests in a timely manner.
• Manage company truck and gas card.
