Job summary

You'll interact with teams, perform basic maintenance, manage work orders, assist with security access, and support warehouse staff while maintaining safety and organization. The position offers $30 per hour DOE and is on-site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on facilities and/or maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to shift gears quickly and follow tasks to completion with minimal prompting.
• Willingness to contribute ideas toward organizational and technical problem solving.
• Strong communication and organization skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to learn cloud-based tools such as Envoy, Brivo, and Asana is a plus.
• Shift and overtime flexibility and ability to lift 35–50 lbs.
• Trades skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with many teams, independently execute day-to-day operations and maintenance activities.
• Execute basic facilities maintenance and improvements and close out work orders in the ticketing system.
• Maintain facilities equipment, organize hardware and tools, and install facility furniture/equipment.
• Maintain safe surfaces inside and outside the facility and inspect for weather-related leaks.
• Interface with vendors and provide escorts for in-house work; assist with security badge access.
• Support warehouse staff during breaks, vacations, or as needed.
• Manage recycling and waste removal schedule.
