Job summary

Levy Sector at Spectrum Center seeks a Warehouse Attendant to receive, store and distribute materials for events. You will manage deliveries, document temperature logs, rotate stock and fulfill material requests with accuracy.

The role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Join our team supporting dynamic hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• Understands company processes, follows procedures and completes systems entry accurately.
• Able to work varying hours as event days/weeks dictate, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores and distributes material, tools, equipment and products.
• Ensures deliveries are received in good condition and in date.
• Performs proper receiving procedures by documenting catchweight and temperature logs.
• Rotates stock using FIFO to ensure product stays in-date.
• Fills requisitions, work orders or requests for materials and distributes items as directed.
• Delivers product during events to locations that call requesting for items.
• Places materials/goods on racks, shelves and bins or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence.
• Maintains and ensures warehouse spaces remain organized and clean.
• Marks materials with identifying information.
• Performs daily cleaning tasks to keep all warehouse spaces clean and compliant with health code.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
