Job summary

City of North Myrtle Beach is seeking staff to assist with the setup, operation, and teardown of a variety of events including athletic tournaments, festivals, concerts, parades, and the Great Christmas Light Show.

The role also covers landscaping and general facility upkeep between events, with on-demand weekend, early-morning, and occasional night hours. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, along with the ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to operate lawn equipment and hand tools; lift up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in set-up, operation and take down of special events.
• Perform landscaping and general facility and equipment upkeep between events.
