Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts in Cincinnati, OH is seeking energetic Event & Retail Sales Representatives to engage homeowners at retail locations and events. You will promote our premium remodeling solutions, schedule free in-home design consultations, and build awareness of our products through informative conversations with customers.

Ideal candidates are outgoing with at least 1 year in customer service, able to work evenings/weekends, and able to travel locally with materials.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail or sales preferred).
Outgoing and energetic with excellent communication skills.
Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Represent Bath & Cabinet Experts at retail partner locations, home shows, community events, trade shows, and other local marketing events
Showcase our Jacuzzi Bath Remodel brand while creating memorable customer experiences
Engage homeowners through friendly, informative conversations
Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home design consultations
Build brand awareness by educating homeowners about our products and services
Support follow-up calls and additional marketing initiatives to nurture customer interest
Occasionally assist with new market launches and onboarding or training new team members
